A California Native, Erica has a genuine connection to the vivid elements that define the California landscape. As a daughter of a collector and a builder, a solid appreciation for handcrafted, bespoke elements formed at an early age which developed into a strong passion for all things design. Whether it is architectural, landscape, culinary, floral, textile or interior design, Erica embraces it all and cultivates her own design aesthetic from the detailed elements she experiences in the world around her.

Erica's ties to the Lake Tahoe region were established early on, spending time with her family on the lake and in the Sierras over the past few decades.

Her undergraduate studies took her to Colorado where her connection to the mountains deepened, but it was her time working under Alice Waters of Chez Panisse that was truly life-shaping. A true pioneer that instilled the importance of knowing where things are made and who is making them.
